New process for crediting surveys

Dear members,


We are testing a new process for crediting surveys – what this means is that for the majority of surveys you complete, worth up to 8000 points, Toluna will credit the points to your account within 24 hours. The 24 hour gap between completion and crediting will allow us to continue to perform quality checks on all responses.


However, special situations may require certain surveys  to undergo more thorough reviews, as a result crediting to member accounts in these situations may take up to 4-6 weeks.
